Avoiding Cannabis Relapse Triggers

A relapse trigger is a repetition of a routine you did or do in your everyday life to activate your weed usage. Let’s say you always smoke weed in the car or at home when you get off work. Or you like to smoke weed when you play video games or while you surf the web or post on Instagram those are examples of routine activities.

People and friends can be excellent triggers… What do you mean you’re trying to stop smoking weed, have you lost your mind or something?

If you really want to give yourself a chance to succeed at stropping weed then you need to change your normal routines and the triggers that come with it.
